I don't know if you solved the problem already, but this is how I did. Maybe it will help someone else who stumbles on this thread, like I did.

 

Many of the menu items on my Dualphone 3088 were greyed out. I reset the phone by going to Menu > Advanced > Reset. After following the phone's on-screen instructions to complete the reset, I went to the previously greyed menu items. They were no longer grey!

PODCAST HELP NEEDED
 
MY PROBLEM:
 
I’m using a…
 
* Behringer Xenix Q1202USB mixer
* MacBook Pro
* Blue Yeti Pro mic (XLR cable to mixer)
* Headphones
 
I’m trying to record a SKYPE audio only interview w/ECAMM.
 
I can hear the SKYPE test call clearly, but I can NOT hear myself in my headphones. However, I CAN hear my voice in the playback…just NOT in my headphones during the “conversation.”
 
I’m really new at this. Where am I going wrong?
 
WHAT I’VE TRIED
 
Settings (Mac): Input/Output are both set to “USB AUDIO CODEC”
 
Audio MIDI Setup (Mac): Input/Output are both “USB Audio CODEC”
– 0 in/2 out on the OUTPUT, and 2 in/0 out on the INPUT
 
Again, the problem I’m having is that I can’t hear myself during the phone call in my headphones. Please help! Thanks so much!

The base station is still blinking, no matter how long i press the reset button.

The handset is still searching for open base station.

Bought a Sennheiser headset (MB Pro2); paired it with my PC; can hear music but cannot hear Skype (e.g. echo test), even after having adapted audio setup; would you have any recommendation?

Gift card could not redeem

I bought a several gift cards $10 and $25 value show on the cards.

but I just redeem the 2 of $10 cards, the systems told me it can not find the vouncher number

 

as the page said

https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA12171/why-can-t-i-redeem-my-buffalo-skype-voucher

the vouncher should be have 25 characters

but on my gift card, it only has 19 characters, even I add the "skype" on it

it still lack of 1 characeter!

 

I bought those cards in coles Australia

I am not sure what's wrong

please tell me how to redeem it

Hi, , and welcome to the Skype Community,

 

I suggest two ideas:

First, please contact Skype customer service directly to see if they might offer clues as to how to redeem these vouchers, and

Second, the cards/vouchers may be outdated.  I would ask the retailer for a refund, and purchase the gift cards with the required number of digits.

Same problem happened to me. After last skype update, headset stopped working on skype. Work on PC (win 10) but stopped working on skype.

I have had used the Sennheiser MB Pro headset with Skype and it worked well. Maybe to start with I would check the audio device configuration in Skype audio settings as instructed here.

Hi, I have a similar problem. I Use a Dell Precision 6600 mobile workstation and have upgraded to Windows 10 professional. Since recently audio is not working during calls.

I can test the built in speakers in the skype audio settings and they work fine. But when I call the 123echo I hear nothing.

When I plug in my headphones, and change the source  I hear the caller fine.

I uninstalled Skype and reinstalled it, checked all drivers but can not figure it out.

Do you have any suggestion?
